If we don't reduce food costs by 2013 there will be world-wide unrest. Marco Lagi and a group of researchers at the New England Complex Systems Institute (NECSI) in Massachusetts say when food prices reach above a certain margin the world will erupt into anarchy. NECSI is an organization of scientists who use mathematics, phsyics and computer science to solve social problems.
Rising food prices have been the trigger for nearly every political revolution in history and it was the cause of the revolutions in France, Russia and China. NECSI reports, "Social unrest may reflect a variety of factors such as poverty, unemployment, and social injustice."
Any society is three meals away from anarchy.

"This is the uprising of the working class. We're redistributing the wealth," said Bryn Phillips, a 28-year-old anarchist, as he emerged from a store with stolen chocolate bars and ice cream cones.
One wonders if the thugs now terrorizing British citizens would behave better if they thought their next intended victim might be armed and willing to fight back. How would these rioters fare if citizens were able to defend their homes and businesses?

- In June, a Chicago man was dragged through a street and beaten by 20 teenagers
- In April, a liquor store was emptied out by a flash mob in Las Vegas
- In April, a crowd of teenagers flash robbed an upscale clothing store in Washington DC
- In February, 50 teenagers raided a convenience store in Minneapolis
The list goes on and on...The truth is, when people are desperate they become fearless. Clearly, these brazen mobs have NO REGARD for the law. That is the scary part of this situation. And that is why I am asking you to take action today and sign THE GUN RIGHTS EMERGENCY RESPONSE.

Hundreds if not thousands more will be let go in the next few years. We can no longer rely on the police to protect us. We must do everything we can to safeguard our right to use a firearm for self-defense.
