Dominick The Italian Christmas Donkey song

Christmas Message 2013

Each Christmas, I've said basically the same message, with re-arranged words. But a few things kept popping in my head this year. Yes, I am grateful for the wonderful family I have. I am grateful for the wonderful friends I have. I am grateful for the new friends I've made over social media over the years. But I got to thinking about those who are without. The person who lost their job and cannot find another. The homeless Vet who can't catch a break after the system let him down. The disowned LGBT person who has no one to turn to after being thrown out. The lonely senior citizen who has outlived their family. Christmas is a time for caring, not about the gifts, the trees, whether you hear "Happy Holidays" or "Merry Christmas".

For some, it's a day to rejoice the birth of a personal savior, for some it's a day of gathering of friends and family - and that's what should be most important - a message of FAMILY. When you look at the "Nativity scene", some will see a religious meaning, but if you look closer, what you see is family. That's something that can't be broken. The bonds are there, whether you share the same DNA or not. So, this year, when you're making that toast, or saying that prayer (or whatever custom you follow), just remember those who don't have it so good at this time of year. Some people are hurting on the inside. Reach out your hand to others, say hello to someone, even a smile can make someone's day less hard than it is.

With that, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Holiday.

Fuck Nirvana!!! They get in, but YES gets snubbed???

Just so I'm clear, I hate Nirvana and found Kurt Cobain not that talented. I never understood the fascination with them. Dave Grohl was the talent in the band and has shown what he's capable of with Foo Fighters. That's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it.
